It doesn't seem like taking breaks should be difficult, but people tend to take them far less often than they should. Where do you go for your breaks?
Maybe you get so into your work that you're afraid to stop the thought train from rolling. Maybe you can't stand the flickering fluorescence of the break room or its just-too-eager-to-talk denizens. Whatever stops you from taking breaks, you should probably just find a way get over it. Taking regular breaks helps you avoid eyestrain, reduce the dangers of sitting for too long, and boost motivation. You could even take the opportunity to incorporate some physical activity into your day or find other ways to use breaks more effectively.
